With the completion of the 3 Courses; Small Vessel Operator's Permit; Restricted Operators Certificate (Maritime) DSC Endorsement; Maritime Emergency Duties with Respect to Small Non-Pleasure Basic Safety, I was employed by Langara Fishing Lodge in Haida Gwaii for the 2019 season as a fishing guide. The season was extraordinary for both fish and weather. Total hours guided for the season totaled 136 hours.

As a recently qualified CA,Mr. Johnson left public practice to open the Vancouver office of Alliance Equicap, the in house finance arm of Alliance Films, now Alliance Altlantis, out of Toronto.Martin's immediate superperior was Jeff Rayman headquartered in Toronto. Mr. Rayman and Mr. Johnson with the specialized expertise Heenan Blakie pioneered the way Canadian Film Tax Shel, and assisted in the creating, marketing, and sales of a unique tax- deferred investment in the the Canadian Certified Feature Film Market. Mr. Johnsons role in opening the office was threefold. Firstly, two educate Lawyers and accountants, secondly, estblish a network of independent sales representatives, educate the financial planning community on the fact pattern of a potential client, and unique implementation strategies Mr. Johnson, with the assistant of two support staff developed a network of sales representatives consisting of Lawyers, Accountants, Brokers and Finacianl Planners. During the period of time with Equicap, Mr. Johnson's office sold approximately $1.5 Billion directly and through his network of approximately 250.

Mr. Johnson joined the firm as an articialing student. During the time with Deloitte's Martin completed the necessary prerequest courses, quailifing as a Mature Student passing the Gradatuate Admissions Test in the 95 percentile. While with the firm Mr. Johnson was awarded Marketer of the Month twice while working in the tax department
