Martin Knöll is Full Professor of Urban Design and Planning in the Department of Architecture at Technische Universität Darmstadt. He is a registered architect and holds a PhD from Universität Stuttgart, Germany, on health-oriented urbanism. Dr. Knöll leads new transdisciplinary collaborations between urban designers, mobility and health experts to address global health challenges such as active transport, inclusive urban spaces, diabetes and mental wellbeing.
