In 2020, he founded the expert platform Climate Club, which deals with issues of sustainable management of basic natural resources – water and soil in the landscapes, developing an expert dialogue on complex water-soil-climate relationships. The expert platform organizes discussions, promotes stakeholder dialogue, provides expertise on the holistic NEXUS approach and formulates strategic recommendations of an interdisciplinary nature for individual sectors and actors in the field of natural resources protection and land management, at various levels of public administration, as well as at various geographical and international levels.

Development of state policy of soil protection, circular bio-economy, methodological elaboration of integrated water, soil and climate planning. Preparation and implementation of adaptation and management measures to improve soil health, reduce climate risks and ecosystem use of rainwater in landscape structures. Formulation and elaboration of the concept of "Soil – Carbon and Water Bank of the Landscape" (2021), promoting domestic and international dialogue on water, soil and climate. Compilation of the White Paper "Water for Climate Healing – A New Water Paradigm" and its presentation at the UN Water Conference (2023), as well as at the FAO, WFP, IFAD and European Union institutions. Formulation of policies and reforms of the public sector, creation of financial and motivational tools for the restoration of small water cycles in the country. Comprehensive elaboration of the system of assessment and financing of ecosystem services of soil and landscape within public administration and the Carbon and Water Bank certification system.

Plenipotentiary of the Government of the Slovak Republic for territorial self-government, integrated river basin and landscape management. The position of government plenipotentiary was established due to the historic floods that hit Slovakia in 2010. The plenipotentiary was responsible for drawing up principles, rules and framework conditions for flood prevention, decreasing flood risks, risks of drought and risks of sudden natural disasters, and integrated river basin management (approved by the government in August 2010). He was also responsible for coordinating the compilation of the inter-departmental management Programme of Landscape Revitalization and Integrated River Basin Management of the Slovak Republic (approved by the Government of the Slovak Republic in October 2010). Coordination of the preparation and implementation of implementation projects of the Landscape Revitalization Program, which involved 488 municipalities and towns and within which more than 60,000 pieces of various water retention and erosion control measures (nature-based measures) were implemented over 18 months. The measures have collectively increased the water retention capacity of the country's structures by 10 million cubic meters to repeatedly improve the ecosystem's use of rainwater throughout the year and reduce flood and drought risks. About 10,000 workers were involved in the implementation of the measures, mostly from the ranks of the unemployed, as well as engineers, experts, but also workers in offices, who ensured the preparation and coordination of adaptation measures in individual regions and localities (especially forests) and communities. Part of the responsibility was the support of professional dialogue, cooperation with territorial self-government (cities, municipalities and regions) and good interdepartmental cooperation.

Responsible for coordinating policies and activities in the field of environment and water resources management. Compilation of a strategy for reducing flood risks and principles of integrated management of water resources and land fund. Other areas of coordination: tourism, cultural heritage and culture. Coordination of the working group for the preparation of the law on the promotion of tourism (approved in 2010)

Responsibilities. Development of new financial and incentive instruments in the field of culture and cultural heritage. Negotiations and negotiation of financial resources within the transition period (2004-2006) and within the first regular programming period in the EU for Slovakia (2007-2013), after Slovakia's accession to the EU. Defining a strategy for the use of EU financial resources in the field of culture and cultural heritage in the new programming period with an emphasis on digitization of collections and interconnection of databases of cultural institutions for building a knowledge-based society and protecting cultural heritage objects

Development of state policy in the field of cultural heritage protection, which included the operation and development of museums, galleries, libraries, intangible cultural heritage and the protection of monuments. The activity included coordination of state organizations within the founding competence of the Ministry in the field of cultural heritage, support of cross-sectoral and interdepartmental cooperation, as well as cooperation with actors in the field of cultural heritage, monuments, local and regional culture. The result of concentrated professional efforts was the establishment of the program "Let's Renew Our House" in 2004, which significantly increased and improved financial support for the protection of monuments stock in Slovakia. Special emphasis was placed on supporting the development of volunteering in the field of protection of cultural monuments, historical objects and traditional folk culture.

Establishment of the non-profit NGO and development of its activities in Slovakia. The organization is dedicated to the protection of the historical environment, places of natural beauty, the development of volunteering, professional care and management of various cultural heritage sites as well as the implementation of projects for awareness-raising, professional and interdisciplinary cooperation, as well as the promotion of international exchange of experiences.
