As a Research Assistant at MMC MEDIA, I utilize my BA in International Affairs to analyze complex datasets and survey methodologies. My primary duties involve interpreting survey results, cross-referencing data, and legislative reviews to understand media impact. I have begun serving as an Assistant Professor in two courses at Universidad Católica de La Plata: Politics and Economy, and International Economy. In this role, I will be teaching classes related to global value chains, their impact on human rights, the integration of developing countries into the global market, financial capital markets, and modern slavery. This experience enhances my teaching portfolio by adding another university to my resume, expanding my expertise, and exposing me to diverse teaching methods and learning environments. In order to graduate university we needed to gain experience in the world of academic research, whether it be writing a thesis or assisting a professor in their private projects. I worked with Dr. Ignacio Rullansky in his project called "La democracia contemporánea y la diversidad etno-nacional: la plurinacionalidad en el proceso constituyente chileno y en la discusión pública argentina".

I created a series of informational reports on the administrative management areas of several of the twenty-six countries that make up Latin America and the Caribbean. These tasks not only reinforced my knowledge of the institutional characteristics of these countries but also allowed me to study in depth the main development indicators available for the region.

As part of a gender policy evaluation program by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Nicaragua, I conducted interviews with over 40 women beneficiaries, transcribed their responses, and coded the data using a codebook co-created with a colleague. The policy aimed to integrate more women into male-dominated jobs. The coded data was then used to generate the evaluation report. This experience was pivotal in my career, sparking my passion for engaging in development policies for developing countries and vulnerable communities.
