As a member of Nordic Hotels & Resorts leadership group I'm involved in setting the overall strategies for the hotel group. I'm also responsible for business controlling and business analytics with a strong operational focus. Working together with the hotels' leadership groups I help find improvement areas and process lead operational enhancement projects.- Using business analytics to find areas of improvement at the hotels through analyzing historical data, forecasts & benchmarking.- Building business cases to improve profitability on contemporary units but also to ensure that we enter future hotel prospects with correct expectations.- Together with the leadership group, setting strategies and the direction for the hotel group.- Leading a task force traveling to the different hotels to set up operational improvement activities.- Using process leading techniques and methodology such as Design thinking to secure correct actions to reach our strategies and 4DX - Four disciplines of execution, to secure implementation.- Analytical advisor for the COO, the hotel directors and leader of the hotels' business controller function.- Focus on communicating numbers and business analytics in a manner which is accessible and understandable for everyone.- Advanced excel user.Nordic Hotels & Resorts consists of 24 hotels and 1 restaurant in Scandinavia: At SIX, HOBO, Yasuragi, Nordic Light Hotel, Hotel C Sthlm, Copperhill, The THIEF, Amerikalinjen, Aronsborgs konferenshotell, Farris bad, Selma spa, Stenungsbaden yacht club, Avalon, Strömstad SPA, Son Spa, Norefjell Ski & SPA, Christiania Teater, Hotel F6, Hotel No13, Hotel Oleana, Hotel Brosundet, Vox Hotel, Skt Petri, Funken lodge & Restaurang Tak.
