Recent bachelor graduate at the American University in Bulgaria with Business Administration with focus on Management and Entrepreneurship. Early experience in sales and marketing from internship in consumer brands and entry positions in a small software company. Through the last 3-4 years I have been focused on improving my management and leadership abilities. In my early university years I was positioned as a team leader of around 10 people aiming to attract sponsors for a non-profit sports club in Bulgaria. A little later me and a fellow student of mine opened a regional real estate agency office in our student town realizing more than 50 rental deals in our 3rd year in University. During my last year I participated in the university accelerator with an idea of transforming food waste into high-quality organic fertilizer. Later when we received market feedback decided to pivot into Enthela where I am currently a co-founder and the person responsible for business development. customer development, strategy builder, investment lead, and others. We at Enthela are building Europe's sustainable food system by providing effectivity enhanced microbial products for crop growth and protection. Currently focused on reaching Proof of Concept or the so-called Technology Readiness Level 5 for our first product aiming to substitute nitrogen fertilizer usage by up to 50% while maintaining production by providing a microbial biotechnological innovation.
