I was the end user support for all computer systems, servers and broadcast systems for the TV, Radio and internet services at WITF TV. I did all jobs from creating new user accounts, building systems, installing software and training them on the system and software. I managed the phone system, print server, and other needed systems, and also answered all help desk tickets. I recently helped to install new HP blade servers and storage systems and was setting up for vitalization of the system. I have a strong help desk background and work well with the end users.

I was the Second Level agent for Hershey and did all computer related work needed. I repaired laptops, trouble shoot wireless problems and networking issues. I worked with AD, and other server and router problems. I did a lot of work through remote access to systems, and know a great deal about servers.

I traveled and repaired HP laptops,HP desktops, HP servers and any other computer items needed.

Upkeep and maintain the computers and servers. Worked with SQL server. Handle all networking problems both user and network side. I also did all Help Desk calls and support for our users and outside clients. Update and maintain the servers programs and user profiles. At that time I am incharge of the entire IT department, and had outside Tech's on call to help me when the need should arise.

Used Norton Ghost 5.5, Windows 2000 Server, troubleshoot, rebuilt, and repaired computers, and operating systems.
