Training And Development Manager
Current- As the Training & Development Manager I collaborate with leaders and various stakeholders to develop and implement talent strategies, programs, and processes that enhance our organization's culture, efficiency.
- Develops the overall learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identifies training needs through assessments, performance reviews, and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Curriculum Development
- Creates and sources effective, engaging learning materials including instructor-led training, virtual, and off-site resources. Training Delivery and Facilitation
- Serves as a subject matter expert for leadership development, skills training, and other relevant topics.
