Working with a caseload of clients to support them into employment by generating job vacancies according to client needs.

Advising and suporting a range of clients to allow them to into sustainable job roles with the York area. Utilising my training skill set to develop training initiatives for the company to allow Prospect Training to develop and move into other areas.

Working towards a target of 10 job opportunities per month, I was responsible for sourcing job opportunities for the 16-18 age range as well as providing an in-depth reviewing process which was conducted on employer premises to ensure roles were sustainable. My responsibilities included sourcing appropriate job opportunities through telesales as well as visiting local employers to build up links to ensure future vacancies were sourced through Probe's own employment agency as well as producing employability training sessions to support the Youth Workers to enable clear employability skills were developed. Clients were reviewed and mentored over a 13 week period whilst in employment to enable strong work processes were built up with the client to enable the client to sustain their own role. This often required extra out of hours work talking through issues with clients to ensure their own work role was not affected as well as regular visits to the employer to see if any other services could be offered.Part of my role also involved working with the many agencies in Hull such as Connexions as well as the wide range of training providers in Hull to enable the clients to work undertake options such as apprenticeships in their own chosen area's. Probe also had its own employment agency section called Probe Direct which offered a match and fill vacancy for clients which I took an active involvement with to enable the client's to have as wide a range of employment opportunities as possible.

Providing a wide range of ICT training courses to unemployed individuals to boost employment prospects and within the East Hull travel to work area. Range of duties include the preparation of new training courses to match individual needs including all support mechanisms required to maintain a successful section as well as supporting clients in the preparation of the documentation needed to apply for work roles. My role evolved to encompass skills for life support through clients undertaking ICT whilst working towards Numeracy and Literacy awards.

Providing innovative computer based training courses to the local business community. Range of duties included preparing innovative course materials, course costings, delivery of courses and subsequent paperwork. Range of courses covered the use of computer based training, online skills based and formal teaching to a wide of business sponsored groups and individuals.

Training on IT short courses to fee paying individuals undertaking courses with the local college. My duties included the preparation of materials as well as marking assessments undertaken by individuals. I also maintained and NVQ caseload of students working towards NVQ Level III in Information Technology. My role also included course co-ordinator duties as well as the creation of ICT based materials for the local docks community.

Providing software and hardware support to a client base of approximately 300 individuals spread over a wide geographical area. Duties involved telephone and direct one to one support on technical as well as software issues that arose through individuals own use of Windows NT based systems.

Responsible for the running of a private night class at the Bridlington Training centre for YH Training Services. The company has run various training courses through night classes to both local companies as well as individual training. This was maintained through a variety of modules from the C&G 7261 qualification.

Supporting students on a variety of software programs to progress to NVQ Level III standard. My duties included the training and assessing of students in the working environment as well as the training centre to ensure a smooth transition through the various qualification attainments required by both the employers and individuals.
