The largely automated consolidated management accounts pack allows the business to view full, detailed month and year to date performance in a timely manner and to a very high standard. In addition to the improvements in reporting speed and accuracy the success of this project can also be measured in time saved and the reduction in working hours of the Financial Reporting team over period end.
