I assisted with design and development of the fish waste process plant for the omega 3 oil and fish protein industry, working with architects and owners of the company to give advice on the building of the plant.Maintenance, clean and strip of Mono scroll pumps, Mono chopper pumps, Alfa Laval rotary heat exchangers, Alfa Laval decanter, twin inline Alfa Laval centrifuges, Weigan falling film evaporator, and wee chieftain oil fired steam boiler, with a Basic knowledge of electrical instillations. Worked with outside contractor to resolve any problems, Worked with DEFRA and SEPA to remain within environmental guidelines. I kept daily and weekly maintenance records. Sampling and testing of oil and fish protein for quality control in line with customer request.This job meant I worked away from home 4 days in Fort William and 3 days at home per week

Maintaining clean and strip of Mono scroll pumps, Landia pumps, Alfalaval heat exchangers, Alfa Laval centrifuges and Alfa Laval decanter, Henzey rising film evaporator, wee chieftain steam boiler, Including Mig and Arc Welding. Working with outside contractors to solve problems worked with SEPA and DEFRA to maintain clean and safe working environment basic knowledge of electrical installations. Sampling and testing of oil and fish protein for quality control in line with customer request. I worked range of shifts, keeping daily and weekly maintenance records.
