- Conducting primary companies accounting in Czech and Slovak accounting standards- Providing monthly and yearly closings in IFRS as per the group instructions and their proper submissions in Hyperion- Preparation of company budget and monthly YTD forecasts as per the Central Team requirements- Securing salaries agenda and tax agenda for both countries- In collaboration with Country Managers setting up logistics for both markets, the elaboration of sales products calculations and margins- Securing cash-flow management of both companies- Providing both periodic and exceptional management analyses
