Hi, I'm Martin! UX/UI Designer with a background in IT customer service and in psychology. In my current position as Project Manager within the Department of Health and Social Care, I mediate between Health ministers and teams representing public members. Highly skilled at crafting solutions to customers' problems, I participated in projects such as the fine-tuning of the NHS app (COVID pass) with the help of the NHSX UX/UI designer team. Currently, I work as a Project Manager in the ministerial correspondence team for the Department of Health. This experience has given me valuable insight into the needs and preferences of different user groups. Outside of work, I am passionate about the Streaming and Gaming industry (former competitor).As a UX researcher, I'm excited to leverage my skills to help organizations create products and services that resonate with their target audience.
