With a background as an airline pilot and with academic education in psychology, I focus on improving aviation training through a deeper understanding of learning processes. I provide training for aviation instructors on effective teaching methods through my EASA compliant Teaching & Learning courses and I am also frequently invited as a speaker at instructor seminars on these topics.For nearly 15 years, I have worked as an innovator and consultant, developing learning environments within the aviation industry. This has involved collaborations with a range of professionals, including copywriters, software engineers, and visual creators, to develop high-quality educational materials. I have also authored several books that are currently used in pilot training programs.My academic focus is on developmental psychology and learning psychology, which guide my interest and approach to enhancing educational practices in aviation.
