• Managing the production and delivery of online eLearning courses and print materials • Working closely with UK and globally-based clients across all tier groups • Assisting multiple internal and external teams with technical support in regards to bespoke software and administrative duties • Managing and training new colleagues to meet rigorous quality standards• Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and compliance of set processes

• Liaising with advertising agencies and publications worldwide• Assisting with the management of collateral production in regard to large national/international Press campaigns for clients such as Vauxhall, Nike, Chivas, Nortel, Orange to name a few• Overseeing artwork creation, reprographics, proofing and quality control to ensure final delivery of advertising materials • Checking colour proofs, retouching and managing deadlines for final print research and verification of data, including data input • Ensuring a smooth workflow is in place between the account team, studio and client• Establishing and managing client relationships• Administrative duties including faxing, printing, photocopying, filing and scanning

• Translating questionnaires to and from Slovak/Czech language• Data input and record management• Asking pre-prepared lists of questions• Cold-calling businesses in Slovakia, Czech republic and UK • Achieving weekly and monthly targets of calls• Working to pre-defined targets and milestones
