Based at the Red Berry Recruitment Shepton Mallet office my main responsibility is to help support and maintain a good working relationship with some of our most important clients. This involves helping them with their recruitment needs and supplying both temporary and permanent members of staff.

Churchfield opened the new Holiday Lettings side of the business in March 2010 and I was given sole responsibility of building this side of the business from scratch. This involved building brand awareness through different methods of marketing, networking and advertising which quickly resulted in the growth of the company.I have been responsible for building our portfolio of holiday properties and establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with prospective and existing Landlords.Through my experience and passion in the property and holiday let industry I am able to provide daily assistance and information to my landlords regarding the current laws and regulations as well as guests requirements and expectations.I have a sound knowledge of the Bournemouth and surrounding areas and am confident in meeting new clients, building good working business relations and winning instructions.Key aspects of this role include;- Listening to peoples needs and finding them the perfect self catering holiday in Bournemouth- Helping landlords make the most of their investment- Meeting potential clients and providing them with information and reports on expected annual incomes- Advertising & Editorial- Negotiating fees- Achieving Targets set in order to expand the business- Dealing with Landlords and guests in a professional and confident manner- Property visits and carrying out viewings and valuations

A full time position in which I provided administration support for the Sales and Lettings teams within the company.
