Professional accountant specialising in Finance and Professional Services for over 25 years with a strong business acumen and well developed interpersonal and communication skills. My role includes, but is not limited to, the following: a. Evaluating the financial impact of existing, and new, business development projects b. Financial Modelling for the growth strategy of the business c. In depth financial reporting and analysis on individual Business Unit trends 2) Managing and developing a team of finance professionals. Throughout my career I have managed teams of various sizes and abilities. My focus is to train my people in both the technical skills required to do their jobs, and the interpersonal skills required to develop within their role and career. In order to do this effectively I have developed my own leadership, coaching and delegating skills. I have successfully supported many team members through their professional exams, and promotion within their role.
