In this position I serve as the first point of contact for the association as well as a liaison with student leadership at the University of Washington School of Dentistry.Daily customer service duties include:- answering incoming phone calls and emails- responding to questions from current and potential members regarding membership, benefits, and programs- processing membership applications and dues payments- on-boarding new membersAdditional duties include:- assisting in recruitment and retention- maintaining member and potential member records in national database- scheduling and securing monthly Lunch & Learn Sessions for dental students- connecting dental students to association members in WSDA Mentor Program

Office key-holder, greeted and entertained guests, purchased and maintained office supplies, assisted with Real Estate Agent on-boarding, supported Real Estate Agents with marketing materials such as flyers and presentations, performed office equipment maintenance, etc.

Temporary employment while Front Office Manager was on maternity leave.
