Contact 1-2-1 was established as a fully functional multi-media Contact Centre in 2002. From a standing start the business grew from 20 seats to 250 seats, with revenues growing from $90K to $15M, and net earnings margins growing from 5% to 15%. The business was recognized as one of the top 10 outsource providers in Australia. A great group of customers and staff over the years that contributed significantly to this achievement. State Manager of Link Communications; responsible for full activities, revenue, profitability, etc. Also responsible as Project Director for Link's involvement in the SAGRN (In conjunction with Telstra). South Australia was awarded Best Performng state within Link's national operations in 1999, 2000 and 2001 (consistently out-performing larger states within Australia, including NSW). Had a great team of people working with me, and a great "bunch" of customers.

Project Manager with EDS, based in Adelaide South Australia. Worked mostly on the SA Government contract. A great team of people to work with (wihin EDS, clients, suppliers, partners), and a fantastic challenge and opportunity to learn and develop some great skills. At time "crazy" as we got ready for "the millenium bug", but very rewarding and a lot of fun.
