About Martin Boldvik

I prefer to work with product design from a conceptual and explorative point of view. My aim is to evoke new thinking that influences the development phase towards innovation. This should for instance regard shape and aesthetics, function, materials, production, sustainability and of course the user experience. As a leader I expect people to commit themselves to the task, and contribute due to their abilities. To me, a leader shows the way and motivates by participation. As a team member I respect the people I collaborate with. It is important that everyone get a sense of ownership in their project.I want to take part in shaping our world - even more, the world to come.
