Responsible for the Liaison Engineering team on the C-Series final assembly line, ensuring a rapid turnaround time on the Non-Conformance reports.- Ensure team adherence to company MRB and QA procedures. - Be responsible for managing the development needs and resources for the department.- Manage the team to ensure adequate coverage/support to production, in a work environment that requires coverage on second shift and on week-ends. - Interact efficiently with other Engineering and non-engineering groups. - Ensuring the alignment of the group with the Achieving Excellence System (AES).

- Analyze various aircraft systems in order to design, code and debug simulation for these systems.- Develop or modify real-time simulation models according to documentation, specifications, or flight test data.- Ensure smooth customer acceptance by displaying strong diplomacy and social skills.- Produce description documents and test procedures for simulated systems.- Travel to customer sites to install or update simulators.- During travels, negotiate with customers to meet agreements regarding acceptance status, or work on various defective systems to obtain concessions. - Mentor new employees.- Participate in the development and the implementation of the ACS/VSK technology, including the Modeling Studio.
