Martin Deutsch is a partner in Holding Redlich's Dispute Resolution and Litigation Group. For more than twenty years he has acted for a number of publicly listed and multi-national corporations including shopping centre owners and managers, banks, insurers, manufacturers and various other business enterprises in relation to a variety of legal matters.Martin strives to provide strategic advice and direction to clients in order to manage complex commercial issues. Martin is also highly experienced in conducting litigation and in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation. Having completed a specialised course with the Dispute Resolution Centre at Bond University, Martin employs his expertise in the various methods of alternative dispute resolution to achieve practical and cost effective solutions when his clients become involved in disputes.Martin has extensive experience in providing advice to clients who conduct business in the commercial property, retail and franchising industries and including acting as a mediator on the panel of the Retail Tenancy Unit, which oversees and conducts mediations under retail legislation.Martin is recognised as providing pragmatic, industry specific advice and is known to become involved in the business decisions of his clients. To his longstanding clients, Martin has become a trusted counsel and advisor, providing commercial solutions for corporate problems.He regularly presents seminars to clients, industry professionals and legal professionals, in particular on the subject of retail leasing disputes and the use of mediation, including through the Television Education Network and as part of the International Business Law Conference in Indonesia.
