Here I look after the:- renewal of the company vehicle insurance policy- vehicle claims- well begin of the company's fleet ( which entails scheduling MOT, oil services, damage repairs, etc ...)- company vehicles' PCNs ( Penalty charge notices) - process of preparing and sending rental and lease agreements- selling of the company vehicles and transferring the ownership of already sold vehicles- buying vehicles for the Franchisees working with Fantastic services. 2. Equipment. I help with:- ordering materials and machines- supplying Fantastic services' Franchisees with equipment need to start - looking for new suppliers- the research of new materials and machines- the renegotiating of prices with our current suppliers - the investigation when something goes wrong ( order was sent to a different address, less items or nothing was delivered, etc ...)3. Uniforms. What I do is:- order uniforms- look for different suppliers- investigate when something goes wrong ( order was sent to a different address, less pieces of clothing delivered, etc ...)All of the above mentioned tasks require communication over the phone and email with companies in the UK, Australia and Bulgaria.
