My responsibilities across the pre-planning and civil engineering sectors of the business are to assist clients in delivering their aspirations. Leading multi-disciplinary teams on the key technical aspects of planning applications and civil engineering design, I have led many sites through the planning process to assist in securing consent for different sectors of development. With an extensive background in the private and public sectors, I have the knowledge to bring together the many professionals within the business to deliver the clients project. My expertise extends across sectors such as healthcare, residential, commercial, waste and education. In addition, I act as an expert witness on technical matters for private and public sector clients at planning inquiries and appeals. My experience also extends to the preparation of expert witness reports complying with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules and court orders.
