Although I don't feel it I've somehow managed to amass over 20 years of experience in the world of recruitment. From 2010 I managed to operate internally in combined HR and Recruitment roles and this gave me some superb commercial understanding that has gone on to aid my ability to be an effective recruiter.My switch back to agency recruitment occurred after becoming increasingly frustrated and disappointed with the service I received from many other agencies when I was looking for a new HR role in 2016. I believed I could improve the service given to both job seekers and employers so took the plunge to become a specialist HR recruiter and (hopefully) built up a credible name for myself.I then made an even bolder move and set up my own agency - Higher. The goal is to become the North West's best recruitment agency. This is a pretty big statement but shouldn't goals be just that - something massive and scary but aspirational and achievable at the same time?
