Managed Sheltered Schemes ensuring residents were supported with all areas of housing, which included benefit applications, homelessness, managing their tenancies, daily welfare calls, building and COSSH management, ASB support, activity support and void management.

Assisted with the management of the extra care scheme, including Health and Safety for residents, staff visitors and the building. Attended meetings with Social Workers to allocate of the empty properties accordingly. Supported residents with complex needs to participate in organised activities and events. Met with dieticians to create meal plans for residents with medical or dietary requirements.

Supported 2 major projects across the organisation. Assisted to relocate vulnerable residents from a decommissioned extra care scheme to a multi million pound new scheme. Showcased the benefits of this new scheme via group presentations and discussed referral processes with Social Work Teams. Completed a photography project with local college students to showcase in the scheme. Resourced garden furniture and assisted to design the garden area with a water feature being the main focus point.

Managed investment works in vulnerable properties across West Salford to deliver Decent Homes Standards. This entailed completing home visits to assess whether works could be completed before devising individual tailored support plans to ensure full safe access for customers and contractors.
