Main duties are to manage and motivate a large team within Vodafone, along with setting goals and sales behaviours to ensure all KPI measures are hit. Store presentation and staff training are also a high priority. Effective coaching and leading from the front is important to ensuring all compliance measures are adhered to. My duties include retail merchandising, liaising with company reps and brand manufactures along with a general presentation of the shop, this includes shop floor and store room and administration which ranges from the organisation of shop invoices to general paper work. I am trained on till and operations within the computer network. I was also for setting targets for staff to strive for, all staffing needs and general care and maintenance of our 24 strong buggy fleet.
