Summer internship in Drammen, Norway on the UDK02 project "Løsmassetunnel og Kulvert" for Bane NOR as part of the overall expansion of existing railway to 2 tracks and high speed capacity.Worked with HSE on synchronisation of incident reports between Veidekke's Dalux system and Bane NOR's Synergi and the followup and measures taken and implemented. Weekly inspections and checks of worksite and operations for any violations or incidents which could lead to potentially harmful situations.Worked with the External Environment department on continuous water quality checks of treated water before release into municipal water lines. Followed up on previous incidents of contaminated soil and consequences that resulted from it and how the project needed to adapt and implement certain procedures for removal of the contaminated masses.
