Responsible for Field Marketing for Iberia Region (Spain and Portugal) reporting to Southern Senior Marketing Manager, and the Regional Country Manager with the followingspecific duties/responsibilities:•Build and Execute Marketing Plan to support sales objectives ,defining quarterly marketing plan and main priorities per targeted market: Consumer, SMB and Large Enterprises.•Planning and execution of the Channel Marketing plan to support the channel and relationships with partners..Involved in certifications and trainings for partners to obtain leverage for most activities through distributor and partner networks.•Creation of the annual ”McAfee Security Conference”, summit celebrated every year with the attendance of around 300 customers and partners per year. Responsible of managing and execution of 5 annual conferences.•Developing the resellers’ network to improve selling to SMB market in line with EMEA initiative.•Planning and execution of events to promote McAfee brand and sponsorship.•Lead Generation Management- - CRM tracking of marketing activities .Contribution to sales revenue to achieve best market and specific ROI•Responsible for the Communication and PR for Spain and Portugal, building relationships with the media, supporting press events and briefings with the management team. Build the PR plan together with the PR Agency.•Local implementation of corporate & EMEA marketing campaigns. Point of integration for central (EMEA) functions & local market (to build relationships and market knowledge)•McAfee Retail. Support to the retail sales and management of POS and promote McAfee Retail in point of sales with local retailers as El Corte Ingles, FNAC, MediaMark , etc.•Ensuring marketing alignment with sales objectives by weekly participation to sales meeting and management meeting and sharing best practices with other regional colleagues•Budget management: manage efficiently local budget in a quarterly bases in alignment with the sales objectives
