I got involved in developing a platform that helped customers easily schedule visits. This led to a 20% increase in sales within two months.-Assemble of Customer Service Team around the new platforms: After our digital conversion we needed to gather a team of digital proficient people to be around the customers, helping them while using our newly implemented platform, as well as troubleshooting, and reporting bugs in it.
