As a public health professor at Universidad Católica de Cuyo (UCC) and a health system manager at Agencia de Ciencia, Tecnologia y Sociedad San Luis (ACTS San Luis), I apply my technical knowledge and social science background to develop and implement technology projects with high social impact. I have more than 15 years of experience in directing and consulting information systems, of which 12 years are within the public service.My core competencies include programming languages, databases, business intelligence, project management, networks, and infrastructure. I also have a diploma in electronic government from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and a certification from the Organization of American States (OAS) in this field. Additionally, I have a diploma in telehealth and medical informatics from Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD). My mission is to bridge technology and society with public health and e-government, and to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life and well-being of the population.
