Handle meeting/event planning logistics, in compliance with Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education accreditation criteria, other US and international health care regulatory bodies, and Scripps Health strategic goals. Work closely with internal/external expert planning committees and up to 40 speakers per conference. Logistics to organize will include attendee management, direct mail campaigns, advertising, faculty logistics, audio visual requirements, course material creation, on-site logistics, CME documentation/compliance, etc. Will effectively delegate tasks to departmental administrative support staff. For small, one day courses act as lead, including traveling nationally and independent on-site management.
