Repeating client questions took up most of my day, and I knew there had to be a better way to answer these questions. Sure, having email templates were great, but there was more opportunity, and that was having accessible training and FAQs available to the customer. I began as a training specialist, developing a training program for Happy Returns, an in-person returns service. I quickly learned that the service's success depended on accessible training material, so there was never a gap in learning at retail stores. It started as handouts for in-person training, then transformed into self-guided training available anytime to employees and managers.While at Happy Returns, I moved from training and onboarding to partner operations and, ultimately, Partnership Management and Implementation. I learned through these roles that keeping it simple kept the business moving.Being part of a fast-growing start-up taught me about diligence and finding creative ways to solve a problem. I am now an Implementation Manager at Headspace and am excited to execute the vision of a world where everyone is kind to their mind.In my free time, I enjoy being in nature, whether hiking or snowboarding.
