In this role, I am helping to develop and maintain a social impact program that aligns with Unite Us’ vision, mission, and values, and positively contributes to the well-being of the communities and stakeholders it serves. Phase one of the committee includes: identifying the company's current social impact initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement new programs that address identified needs and promote sustainable development. The end result is hosting Unite Us' first Day of Service.Phase two of the committee includes: scaling the volunteer and giving program for a company-wide adoption and buy-in, including working with various departments, ERGs, and individual volunteer opportunities.

In this role, I assist grantees, community-based organizations, federally qualified health centers, and city/county departments in adopting the Unite Us software. I provide strategic and supportive partnerships with a special emphasis on ensuring long-term client retention by presenting product information and addressing customer issues.
