Incruit started as a idea when I wrote my Master thesis about communication and recruitment in the maritime industry. Together with two other students we established the company in 2016 and got among other Innovation Norge to support us in the start up. We were proud and exited to offer a totally new, innovative and easy solution to the recruitment branch. One of our customers Marint Kompetansesenter became partners later on.

The focus of the program is directed towards international activities in different branches of industry (seafood, maritime, furniture, etc.), but still provides skills and knowledge for adequate use in the public sector. The candidates are trained to work in Norway or abroad.The whole program is taught in English. The general structure of the programme consists of 10 courses and a master's degree thesis.

Sold new Audi's at Audi Showroom in Breivika to private and business customers. Went through the Audi sales-certification program and finished off with the highest score in my group on the final exam (94% of a 100).

Pratsom AS was a call center located in the middle of Aalesund. The main idea behind Pratsom was to offer local companies a highly trained sales force with local sellers, which we called "Pratemakere". At the most we had about 30-35 full-/part-time employees, and we worked with both local and national companies such as Norsk Livredningsselskap and MobiTalk. My responsibilities and work tasks at Pratsom were to:- Plan and conduct recruitment and interviews of new employees - Day-to-day management- Delegate relevant tasks to employees - Report and control sales to partners- Plan local marketing

Aalesund University College has since 2005 offered a bachelor degree in Innovation management and Entrepreneurship. The students will achieve basic knowledge in business, marketing and organisational subjects, as well as spesialisation in innovation related subjects. The candidates will qualify for further master degree studies and for different employment in private industry and commerce and public administration.The purpose of the bachelor's degree programme is to educate user oriented and reflective candidates who are qualified to undertake special advising jobs within Marketing, Economic and Administative topics in Private Business, Organisations, and the Public Sector.The Programme focuses on cause and effect of decisions made in private and public organisations. The study gives the student business insight, analytical training and problem awareness within social and ethical frameworks and knowledge for judging social economic consequences of his/her decisions.The focus of the study programme is Entrepreneurship and Innovation.The candidates will be qualified for continuing education at Master's degree level both in Norway and abroad.
