Currently I have a property portfolio of approximately 20 investment properties in the North East, North West and Lincolnshire which I have built up since 2013 in order to provide a pension income for me. I am looking for development opportunities to work with others on JV partnerships and create a good return for all parties whilst at the same time minimising risk.I am also interested in buying Lease Option deals and doing residential conversions. I am interested in working with others to help fund projects but may also look for JV investors to help fund some of my projects for a good return on their money.I have experience of doing a couple of self build houses and converting a guest house into 6 apartments.
