Responsible for installing, programming and maintaining the IT Infrastructure across IBM's northern based Disaster Recovery locations supporting multiple corporate clients. Key responsibilities - Supporting clients to plan, implement and execute their business continuity technical requirements in readiness for any invocation  - Customer facing lead with responsibility for dealing with client requests and faults for all technical platforms during client tests and invocations  - Responsible for asset management to efficiently manage costs which includes a reuse program - Ensuring client requests are documented by following change management process  - Responsible for preventative maintenance, reporting any issues or faults to service desk, before rectifying them or escalating to relevant vendors and manage resolution  - On Call out of office hours to serve clients when required
