Sales Commissions Analyst (Permanent Full Time)
Current• Ensure accuracy, distribution, and acceptance of sales compensation plans to the sales organization• Responsible for set-up of sales data in Xactly Incent for New Hires, Promotion, and Termination• Reconcile SFDC Commissions Report with FP&A Bookings, Xactly, and review with management team• Meet month-end close deadlines and deliver monthly accruals and commission payroll to accounting group• Administer Draws, MBOs, quarterly commission bonuses and SPIFF payouts• Act as a commission contact to address sales inquiries and collaborate with Sales Management, Sales Ops, HR and/or Finance to resolve any issues. • Perform monthly audits and review of data to ensure crediting and commission accuracy• Proactively continue to explore process improvements and collaborate with the SFDC team to ensure the efficiency of the DELTA process • Provide ad hoc commissions analysis, reporting and support as required• Assist Sales Compensation Manager with Annual Design & Planning• Assist Accounting with ASC 606 Sales Commission Accounting waterfall and journal entries
