I’m a seasoned operational leader with over two decades worth of experience in multiple industries including Financial, Automotive, Banking and Healthcare. I have enjoyed shaping and building operational teams from the ground up and have managed teams as big as 45. A people focused leader who utilises several communication techniques to accurately communicate to all levels of an organisation. Through several courses with first-hand experience, and recently completed an Operations / Departmental Manager Apprenticeship, I can navigate a multitude of problems with a high degree of skill and am always looking to constantly improve ways of working. One of my key strengths is building relationships with any key stakeholders I work with, thus ensuring the best mutual outcomes in all circumstances and situations. I enjoy challenges and looking for creative ways to work through them to optimise the customer experience. I am a team player who enjoys motivating others to achieve their targets whilst maintaining a positive outlook at work and in life. I share ‘best practice’ and fresh ideas with colleagues and management so that we can all collectively achieve goals and consider myself a quick learner who believes that learning is a lifelong journey. In my spare time and for the last 10 years I’ve been a chair of governors for a local school, and I coach, umpire, and play cricket at a local club as well as referee football games.
