Together with my team, I created a Communication Department where from perform a daily brand activity aimed to work in favor of Flux IT's positioning, connecting the company with the players (current and future fluxers, current and future clients, providers, institutions, partners and professional community).As a manager, I was also a member of the strategic team who was responsible for crafting and developing Flux IT's overall employee experience as well as working in favor of a shared and consisting understanding of the company's core positioning strategy and business goals. As for internal communication and digital channels, I've been the product owner of Flux IT’s corporate social network and Flux IT’s news portal, both core communication tools that helped us build and encourage corporate culture along the company. ___2014 - 2016 (Soulful) Graphic Designer/ Visual Communicator Since mid 2014 my role as a designer changed and I started working together with marketing and human resources departments on the company's IC. During this period I started managing Flux IT’s visual identity and applying UCD methods to get to know clients and employees' needs and expectations. So my work here had both a graphic and analytical/experimental approach. Along these years I had the chance of using a user-centered approach when building and expanding the brand's identity. At that time, I have also been a member of Flux IT OK (Flux IT Open Knowledge), sharing my skills through these in-company training spaces. ___2012 - 2014 UX/ UI Designer During the first year and a half working at Flux IT, I applied my UX and VD skills. En taller 5A fui responsable de la generación y planificación de los contenidos curriculares, a la vez que di forma a diferentes y numerosos artefactos didácticos. También me ocupé de liderar comisiones y hacer seguimiento de los proyectos de graduación. Junto a un adorable equipo de trabajo, apliqué el mindset y framework de Design Thinking para el diseño de los contenidos y parámetros de acompañamiento de estudiantes durante su estadía en nuestra materia.

Participé en el planeamiento y organización de los contenidos curriculares. Me ocupé del dictado de clases y seguimiento de los diferentes proyectos y estudiantes. Colaboré en la ideación y desarrollo de diferentes artefactos didácticos ara definir el estilo de la materia y su propuesta en instancias de traducción.

Participé del seguimiento de los proyectos de graduación en los ejes Desarrollo de Proyecto e Investigación Proyectual. La propuesta de la materia sobre abordajes bimodales tuvo por propósito preparar a diferentes estudiantes a establecer un puente hacia su ejercicio profesional caracterizado por un enfoque analítico-propositivo, y otro analítico-proyectual.

Participé dando clases y haciendo el seguimiento en una de las materias que componen el curso de ingreso a la carrera Diseño Multimedial.

En equipo con mi colega y amigo Octavio Pollono, trabajé durante 3 años acompañando a diferentes emprendedores y emprendedoras a desarrollar sus marcas desde el plano identitario. También, acompañamos a diferentes agencias a pitchear sus ideas ante clientes de las grandes ligas. Apliqué mis habilidades para el desarrollo de identidades de marca, ilustración y diseño gráfico.

Auspicié de diseñador editorial armando manuales de idioma para niveles iniciales. Me ocupé del layout, diseño de portadas, imposición, pruebas y seguimiento de proceso de producción.

Fue mi primera experiencia docente como ayudante alumno. Acompañé desde mi lugar la superación de las propias marcas de cada estudiante, en los aspectos analítico-proyectuales sobre desafíos de media a alta complejidad.
