With a background in classical management consulting and corporate strategy, I turned my energy into primarily food and retail startups. I have started a number of businesses within the corporate and startup world, from high end chocolate to green clean tech solutions. And helped a number of food startups on their commercial journey towards success, such as Planteslagterne, FÆRM, Ish Spirits, VierAkvavit, Plheese, Tempty Foods, Alcowhey, Agrain, Kleenhub, etc. My key strengths lie in my strong commercial and analytical focus combined with strategic oversight and a hands on execution approach. I bring forward a proactive, positive and ambitious drive, getting the team onboard and aligned towards an ambitious goal.
