Team member in Global Bids & Proposals. Responsible for tender process leading to retention / acquisition of business, obviously applying Dell's 'How to Win' principles throughout the preparation, negotiation, winning and implementation phases of the tender.

Tender ownership from receipt to submission of tender proposal. Clarify items with Finance, Legal, Product Group and Commercial to ensure 'fit' with requirements and market pricing.

EMEA responsible for portfolio of named accounts: Molex, Sony, Philips, Kodak, and Motorola with activities like business development, QBR, operational escalations, contractual negotiation and everything else that comes with being SPOC for top level clients.

Responsible for creating tender proposals for global logistics services to multinational clients, ie. delegate and coordinate tasks internally and present / negotiate proposal with clients until handover to Account Manager.

Responsible for Logistics (inventory levels, material procurement, transport) and the Customer Service team (order, claim, invoice) consisting of 2 people.

Main target was MRP implementation in SAP R/3. As part of doing this I was an active member of the Sourcing team - being responsible for a supplier portfolio. A contract of 2*6 months was agreed.
