As part of the role there was the attendance of Cruise Ship launches, trade events and training days on behalf of the company as well as writing of Cruise related Travel Articles for the website and marketing.

Advise, plan and sell tailormade travel arrangements to destination across the World. Prepare and process individual itineraries, necessary paperwork and travel vouchers as well as advise on necessary immunisation and visa requirements.Continually train and update on the latest products, destinations and market trends as well as attend travel events and Trailfinders promotions as a company representative.

Sole resort representative for the company in the resort of Meribel, France and responsible for up to 60 guests per week across 4 properties. Duties included the sale ski packs including ski passes, equipment, tuition, welcome meeting presentations about the resort and ski area and company organised après events.Weekly duties included accompanying guests to and from the airport, performing customer service roles whilst there. Complete weekly reports, accounts and paperwork including health and safety assessments.

My first job in travel where I managed a team of five organising rotas, day to day work, bookings and paperwork. Welcomed newly arrived guests and continued to be main point of contact throughout their stay as well as cleaned, prepared and maintained accommodation to the correct standard.
