Our facility supports receipt, storage and shipment of temperature controlled (CRT) (20° - 25°C) as well as refrigerated (2° – 8°C) finished goods. Among Phoenix Assurance’s strengths, the management team has expertise in seamless order fulfillment managing over 25k order lines monthly and averaging $1.3 billion annually in dollars shipped in recent years. We have managed budgets in excess of $15 million annually and negotiated vendor rates resulting in millions saved annually. This was all achieved while maintaining a “best in class” rating for our External Shipping Accuracy.Our information technology platform and infrastructure system experience includes SAP and JD Edwards. Most recently, Synapse Warehouse Management Application System (WMS) integrated with EDI and Web RF was implemented at our facility. Phoenix Assurance offers our clients access to a Client Web Portal which provides real-time inventory and order information. Additionally, we are in the process of implementing R4 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system which will further enhance our system capabilities for order and claims management as well as client invoicing.
