Hamsterwoede is my one man company, and my online alter ego. After having worked in the commercial world, the last years I've mainly developed myself into an artist / maker in the field between (digital) communication and textiles, using laser cutters, knitting machines and what else I can get my hands on. The last few years I've worked for brands in the Fitness/Health market (obligatory namedrop of clients to follow). By working in close cooperation with Fitbrand I've helped develop brandconcepts with a strong focus on tone of voice. But I've also created mockups for websites, edited video, audio and even got down and dirty to do some html & css work.

As user experience designer I mainly focussed on wireframing/prototyping in Axure, concept development, interviewing and copywriting.

Specialised in creating texts designed especially to enhance usability throughout the website. Played an active role in combining user interaction, commercial goals, exploring technical possibilities (eg. interactive texts) and a pleasing design.

Developed and produced the 'BNN weblogs', as well as the broadband multimedial website 'BNN.nl XXL'. Played a key role in developing and expanding the existing 'BNN community', combining viral marketing, digital user platforms and personalised webspaces.

Writer and editor for the website omroep.nl, a web portal for all Dutch public broadcasters' websites. Actively involved in user interaction design and developing user guides to new emerging technologies such as sms, wap and rss-feeds.

Content developer/creator at public broadcaster BNN combining the creative side and the technical aspects of digital media production. Actively involved in developing a userfriendly mediaworkflow of the backend of several systems, including: Digital Television, Internet and Streaming Solutions.
