I am the Managing Director of the Vistry Major Projects Team. I have over 30 years development expertise and was previously the Managing Director of Wates Developments, the strategic development arm of Wates Group. A trained chartered surveyor, my housing career started at Countryside in 1996, where I progressed through land buying and development roles to become Land Director in 2011. I have a notable track record specialising in the identification, acquisition, planning and development of both green and brownfield land, estate regeneration, strategic land assembly and delivery of award-winning schemes. At Vistry, I manage one of the UK’s largest strategic land teams - promoting and delivering new communities - and oversee the division’s expansion plans.
