I have extensive experience of managing a variety of challenging and complex projects including large multi-discipline international projects with stages from feasibility through to final account in live / operational and highly regulated site environments. I also have experience in the Defence sector under an overseas framework in locations such as the Falkland Islands and Cyprus as well as experience in the commercial / public sectors. Since 2021 I have also been working as a client-side Project Manager via novation. Since 2012 I have been the Risk Management lead within Ramboll UK working on large Frameworks such as the MoD Overseas (including currently a client-side role on a large £1bn programme of projects), British Antarctic Survey (BAS), Jersey Airport, First Group Rail and National Highways Frameworks. I also manage a group of Project Managers in Southampton.
