Scania Assistance needed help to design a new app for their onroad technicians where they could find support during the whole repair procedure, from accepting a case, to finding the way there or order extra parts for the repair. The app is used world-wide by Scania Assistance personnel. Therefore, the research phase included observations and interviews.

I designed a pleasurable and efficient user experience for the passenger traveling on an automated bus, through a human centered design approach. I performed extensive user research through observing bus passengers, hosting workshops on buses and role-plays for tourists.
