Was the authentication methods product manager.Built and launched Smart-ID issuing (software and processes) in 40 bank branches in 3 countries. Passed multiple audits (with great feedback) and trained 40 bank branch managers and 400 tellers. Did it with a very small dedicated team (1 developer). Lots of responsibility, details from many disciplines and pushing through walls.On the side, pushed other authentication methods development, making a few technical decisions that directly saved the bank millions of euros.

Initially turned down the COO role, then joined later as 1 of the first team members. Joined with 0 industry knowledge and experience - both in insurance and blockchain.In 1 month working 3 days a week: Learned insurance and blockchain. Refined the product and communicated design vision. Managed a small remote team of designers and developers. Presented a live demo on stage in front of a 1000 insurance people. Received very positive feedback.

After 3 years of building and leading multiple projects and teams, working closely with great designers and developers, I decided to learn to design and code myself to easily test my ideas and better understand the ins and outs of software development.Multiple online courses, lots of tutorials, many projects, and thousands of hours later,I feel confident designing and developing iOS & watchOS apps.Diving deep into design and development details has made me even more curious and passionate about the mobile apps field. It has given me an unique perspective as I started as an end user/product guy, later becoming a designer/developer.

My 1st attempt to build a startup.FlixApp - mobile marketing & sales channel for cinemas.The mission was to create the most convenient ticket purchasing experience on mobile for the movie-goers around the world after experiencing success with the Solaris Cinema mobile app in Tallinn, Estonia.Initial target markets to get feedback from were Tallinn, Riga and London.We quickly found out that in order to succeed, we needed to disrupt the cinema industry and that was going to take a lot of time and money.
