IP program management leadership for the design of IPs which are used in the production of system on chips (SoC) products that are used in Intel's next generation client, mobile, and server platforms. Accountable for ensuring the on-time, high quality, and smooth delivery of soft-IPs and hard-IP to SoC project teams.Role / Responsibilities- Manage IP drop schedule, execution plans, and technical spec. convergence. - Primary owner of the qualification and archival of new HIP designs to SoC repo.- Deep level debug on IP design issues and provides IP level solutions to enable SoC forward progress.- Manages relationships of cross-site IP teams (US, India, Malaysia and Israel), virtual teams, and local designer engineers. - Chair of local IP handoff forum providing distribution of best known practices, documentation, and debug support.- Communicate project schedule, project health, and current actions items to key stakeholders while driving adherence to previously agreed upon project specifications.- Driving critical tool and methodology improvements and automation to help enhance current and future project execution.- Data mining and analysis of ticket response and closure times. - Created Java / Groovy Test Suites to test releases of NetIQ Cloud Access and NetIQ Access Manager- Managed linux based web applications for testing purposes.- Ran manual tests on software releases.

I developed excel VBA programs to optimize the creation of network engineering documents. Such programs saved on average 8 hours per week. I also created a cost model analysis document that compared the number of actual hours logged to the enterprise financial cost model. At the end of my internship I was recognized for my good performance and dedication by receiving the "Caught in the Act Award" at the company Christmas party.
